Shipping
Yes! Elysian Embrace proudly ships internationally, allowing customers worldwide to enjoy our exquisite jewellery collections. We aim to make our unique designs accessible no matter where you are located.
Shipping Details:
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- We partner with reliable global couriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
- Any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that all orders require a 3-5 day processing time before shipping. All delivery methods exclude Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. Express orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days after processing
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days after processing
- Special Delivery: Next working day for orders placed by 5 PM, Monday to Friday
For orders containing engraved items, an additional 1 working day is required for processing:
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 working days after processing
- Express Delivery: 2-3 working days after processing
International Shipping Information
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can impact delivery times. Any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes, you can change your shipping address within a 1-day grace period after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@elysianembrace.com to make the update. After this period, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
FAQ: Returns & Exchanges What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?Contact us at contact@elysianembrace.com. Once accepted, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?Please inspect your order upon arrival and email us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.
What items are non-returnable?Custom, personalised items, sale items, Oxidised, Tarnished Jewellery and gift cards are non-returnable.
How do I exchange an item?Return the original item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
Do you ship to the EU?Yes, EU customers have a 14-day cancellation period.
When will I receive my refund?Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 days have passed, contact us at contact@elysianembrace.com.
ONLINE PURCHASE We offer a free returns process with some exceptions. Simply follow the steps below on how to return your item(s):
1.Pack– Complete your return form and securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging if available. Attach the free returns label included with your purchase. If needed, you can create a returns label here or visit a location where it can be printed using your QR code. You may also receive a copy of the QR code via email. For returns related to the Brilliance collection, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
2.Drop off– Drop off your return parcel at your nearestEvridrop-off point. Be sure to keep your proof of postage and return tracking information to verify your details. Locate your nearest Evri drop-off location here. You can also arrange for Evri to collect your parcel, but please note that this service incurs an additional cost. Make sure your items are returned toElysian Embracewithin the returns period detailed below. Find more information about Evri collection here.
3.Receive your refund– Once we have received and validated your returned item(s), we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 days from the date of the notification for the refund to be completed.
Returning via Evri:
1.Pack– Package your return securely, ensuring all older labels are removed from the parcel. Attach the return label to your package.
2.Drop off– Take your parcel to your preferredEvri ServicePointfor processing. Locate your nearest ServicePoint here.
Returns to Elysian Embrace stores in the UK:
1.Drop off– Take your item(s) to anyElysian Embracebranded store in the UK (locations can be found here), along with your proof of purchase. Ensure that the items are returned within the designated returns period. For card purchases, the cardholder must be present.
2.Receive your refund– After your returned item(s) have been validated, we will process the refund and send a notification email. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 days to be completed.
Statutory Right to CancelYou have the right to cancel your purchase made through theElysian Embracewebsite from the date of contract formation (whenElysian Embracesends you a Shipment Confirmation) until 14 days after you receive the product. This cancellation right applies to both sale and non-sale items but does not cover Excluded Products (see below).
In addition to your statutory rights, you may return items purchased from theElysian Embracewebsite within 30 days of receipt for a refund. This enhanced policy does not apply to Excluded Products or sale items.
Other Return MethodsYou may cancel your purchase within the statutory period by contacting us or by post at your expense. Please retain your proof of postage, although this cost will not be refunded.
Refund InformationFor exchanges, please only return the item(s) and box they were delivered in, excluding any additional gift packaging (e.g. bag or gift note). All items must be returned in unworn, saleable condition with a valid receipt. For products purchased as part of a promotional offer, you may need to return any gift items or additional items in the multi-buy offer. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Elysian Embracewill refund the full price paid for the product. If you exercise your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the standard delivery cost (if applicable). Delivery costs will not be refunded for returns under our enhanced 30-day policy.
ExchangesPlease refer to our Terms and Conditions and Exchange FAQ for information on how to exchange an online order either in-store or online.
EXCLUDED PRODUCTSTheElysian Embracewebsite does not accept returns or exchanges for:
(i) physical or e-gift cards;
(ii) products purchased from anyElysian Embracestore, outlet, or any third-party retailer;
(iii) any bespoke or personalised products, including engraved items ("Excluded Products").
Elysian Embracestores do not accept returns or exchanges for:
(i) gift cards or e-gift cards;
(ii) any bespoke or personalized products (including engraved items).
